Born Natalie Schiemer on the 11th of February 1980 in the
rural district of Mudgee NSW.

The youngest of four daughters Natalie was surrounded with
a strong influence of fashion and grew  up with the desire
like many young girls to become a model.

At the age of fourteen Natalie was chosen to model in the
local Farm field days fashion parade  in Mudgee alongside
six profesional models from Sydney.

Four years later after an attempt at straight sized
modeling Natalie had an appointment to see Darrianne
Donnerlly the Director of BGM, Australia's leading plus
size modelling agency.

Signed on the spot and sent on her way to attend her first
casting with Deborah Hutton, who was the Fashion editor of
Australian Women's Weekly
.
This proved to be successful and shot her very first
editorial with the magazine.

In 1999 Natalie was one of Australia's first plus size
models to appear in consecutive editorials for
cosmopolitan magazine, breaking the sterio type that only
very slim models should appear in  mainstream magazines.
Having worked for most plus size fashion labels here in
Australia Natalie was signed to Elite models in Miami  in
2001 and Ford models New York  in 2002.

While In New York she shot two Front covers for Yes!
Magazine and worked with some of the worlds elite stylists
and photographers.

Natalie is now located back in Australia with her husband
and two sons and continues to be a passionate and positive
role model for the plus size Industry.

Embody Denim which is Natalie's signature collection of
fashionable denim for women 14+ was released in 2006 with
great success.
